Most guests are European or American, and they value "friendliness", smiling, waving, calling by name and find it beautiful to stay in a homely atmosphere. They don't care about comfort, high standard of services, quality of bed, furniture, shower, 24-hour reception and everything that a reasonable hotel has, expensive investment objective. But they don't give a good evaluation because they consider the treatment to be impersonal. This is the case with this hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Location is perfect, you can reach the Shopping center Via Mazzini within 2 minutes walking and the beautiful Real Palace with the Gardens takes around seven minutes. The breakfast buffet was good.

The rooms were very nice, clean and curtains blocked out all the outside light. Plenty of parking. WiFi was fast but took a couple of times to connect. Our room was next to a busy road but we couldn't hear any traffic.

we had a great experience and we felt very welcomed! even if it's not the most luxurious hotel, the most important thing is that the staff was really helpful, nice and friendly; rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Also, the breakfast was pretty good! we would definitely recommend! Safe parking place as well!
