Lovely staff, very helpful, welcoming, especially the lady that welome us on the very first day. Very clean, and refreshed on daily basis. Breakfast was amazing and I think we eat more than we should as it was prepared freshly on arrival for breakfast. I was on a business trip with my colleague. Due to flight cancellation we couldn't fly back to Germany as planned to reach our business meeting. The very friendly hotel staff provided us uncomplicated and rapidly with any fascility needed so that we could perform our long meeting, remotely. The stay was amazing, we had a very incredible room with all things needed. The location is great as you are living in the city centre, all the famous places were in 5-10 min by walk. The breakfast is served in room with a great amount of choice. Big thanks to Faruq, who was all the time with us , he was very reachable, polite and always ready to help with anything. He made the stay at the hotel very pleasant . We highly recommend this residence for those who like good service , good location and quiet staying.

The room was very clean, and all the drinks in the fridge and the mini bar were free to enjoy. The front desk staff were very friendly and even helped us arrange an airport transfer on short notice. The hotel is within walking distance of the metro and several bus stops, making it a highly recommended accommodation for traveling in Rome.

The location of the inn is very close to Roma Termini and the metro, which is extremely convenient!. The manager was super nice and very helpful at all times. Breakfast was included and the contents of the mini bar are free! I know I'll be staying here again when I go back to Rome! 😄
