Furthermore, the breakfast is absolutely 5 stars and the hotel restaurant ‘Isola’ also delivers great quality food choices. Nearby the hotel is the MaMa pizza place as a second place to eat. Very nice view from the restaurant where we took a very good breakfast. Our room was just in front of the swiming pool unfortunately we couldn't use due to bad weather. Very close to Porto Cervo by car (around 10 minutes). Nice, relaxing, comfy and cosy hotel.

The Excelsior is located in the city centre of La Maddalena Island, a 2-minute walk from the ferries to/from Palau. There is free public parking in front of the hotel.

Very lovely hotel in a beautiful place. The staff was amazing, always very helpful and smiling. Our room was cleaned daily but more than I have ever experienced. Breakfast was on a beautiful terrace with a seaview and I loved all the croissants they had. So marvellous !
