Great place with lots of charm. Very friendly and helpful. Also the food in their restaurant is top notch. Room is very clean and right in the center of the old town. If I near the town again I will book them again.

The breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit salad, croissants, bread, everyday a new baked cake, perfect cappuccino, yoghurt, cheese, local dried ham etc., everything carefully prepared. Even for someone like me who is usually not a breakfast eater—very seductive. Evenings is a wonderful 4-course dinner, prepared by the couple whose place it is. The chef is the man of the house, who wonderfully cooks the freshest of ingredients in an extremely refined and delicious manner. Each course was really very good.

It was a privilege to be able to stay at the heart of a beautiful well maintained Italian village. It was quiet and non touristy but had everything we needed, great cafe, restaurant etc at our doorstep and lovely locals.Semproniano was the perfect distance away from Rome international airport to rest after a long flight before travelling.
