Absolutely fabulous hotel located just a few steps away from the historic centre. If you come by car, parking is in the blue zone starting just across the street, and with the hotel mark, you can even leave it there for a few hours after the checkout. I really loved the interior design of the hotel. Bed is just perfect, and everything smells so nice. Breakfast offers plenty of varieties and can definitely satisfy any taste. Staff was also really nice and gave us plenty of useful information.

Relais Santa Corona is housed in a restored 18th-century building set just steps from the medieval church of the same name. Walk to central Basilica Palladiana in 5 minutes.

We had an excellent deal: for a reasonable price we got a room which actually included two separate bedrooms plus a very nice bathroom. The location was quiet and air conditioning was good. Most surprisingly, the breakfast was very good and home made. Staff was extremely kind and we could even park (for a small fee) inside the hotel. Location is perfect to have a walk in historical Vicenza.

Hotel Glamour is a 4-star superior hotel just outside Bassano del Grappa. It is 600 metres from Bassano Hospital and about 2 km from the historical centre.

Ten minute walk to town and next to a soccer stadium so need to plan carefully to either miss the soccer crowds or be close to the action if you are a soccer fan. Nice reception staff and the rooms are bright, spacious and have all the usual amenities including a balcony. Comfortable bed. Good en suite with great shower and plenty of hot water. Rooms are not over heated as seems to be common in Italy in winter. Excellent buffet breakfast.
