We arrived in the morning and could directly enter our room. We felt very welcome. Upon arrival we got contacted personally if we needed a transfer from the airport. The rooms and establishment were very clean. Breakfast was nice. The establishment is located in the middle of the center. Rooms are very quiet. At departure we could leave our luggage and got a spare key. Great service if you have to spend your day still in Palermo. We would really recommend a stay here if you visit Palermo.

A fantastic find in the heart of Palermo in a quiet neighborhood. The staff, especially Emanuela, were absolutely terrific & so helpful with everything. My tastefully furnished room had a large private balcony overlooking a magnificent banyan tree. The continental breakfast was fabulous with a great selection of meats, pastries and fruit. During my 4 night stay, I had an early start for a day tour & Emanuela kindly packed some breakfast items for my train journey. Can't say enough good things about this hotel & will definitely be back when I'm in Palermo again. Arrivederci and grazie mille !

They were able to get us a gluten free breakfast. Wonderful basket with gluten free items plus specially prepared fresh fruit bowls. The breakfast staff were amazing as well as the front desk staff who arranged our airport transfer and check in.
