This is indeed an Italian, classically styled luxury hotel. While checking in, we were told we were upgraded to a better room; this is always a pleasant start. The hotel building is amazing, it is definitely worth a discovery tour; every corridor and corner has something exciting. Our room was spacious, clean, and classically decorated in a tasteful way. I think the walk-in closet would suit guests travelling with their entire wardrobe. The bed, the mattress, the pillows (down/feather and also a memory one for each person), and the duvet were all of very high quality and really comfortable. Both the decoration and the comfort of the bathroom is worth mentioning. The bar serves excellent Negronis. This hotel has an identity & atmosphere like few others.

Staff was great; the room was big, clean and the bed was fantastic. Breakfast was great too. Our car was in underground garage. The bus station was right on the corner, tickets you can buy from Tabacheria; also there is supermarket there; it seems far away from the city center, BUT we know the area and it was not a problem; you can take the bus 708 or 783 and then the Metro/Subway and in 30 minutes you are at the Duomo. We will come back in March, so we love this hotel !!!
