Great hotel within the centre of Olbia. The staff were very friendly and I was very happy to hear that I received an upgrade with my room. The spa was relaxing and had much to offer. Would happily visit again.

The location was perfect for us. Bus stop practically at the doorstep. The room was spacious and very very clean. It’s not in a tourist hot spot. But fabulous for local dinning. Supermarket next door. Wednesday markets just a couple of streets away. Staff so friendly. Loved the roof top bar and choice of two pools. Great breakfast variety and super attentive staff. Quiet rooms and we had great views of the mountains.

We were stratified because we got upgrade for free (that apartment was great !). Also breakfast more than good . Location near centre. There was a pool but we did not use it (in the morning till 10.00 it was cleaned )

Excellent experience! We had the pleasure of staying 6 nights at the hotel, where we were always warmly welcomed and treated with great care. The entire staff was friendly and helped us at all times, especially with our 18-month-old child. San Pantaleo was the best location for our stay, and this Boutique Hotel definitely made our trip much better. The place is very well located, clean, has all kinds of amenities, and the breakfast is amazing. Don't hesitate to choose this place if you're in the Costa Smeralda.

Very nice view from the restaurant where we took a very good breakfast. Our room was just in front of the swiming pool unfortunately we couldn't use due to bad weather. Very close to Porto Cervo by car (around 10 minutes). Nice, relaxing, comfy and cosy hotel.
