We liked everything! Pasquale and Marco are amazing and kind hosts. They greeted us with a map with recommendations for what to see and where to eat in Ravello. They helped with every question and request we had. The view from balcony and bathroom is astonishing. Bed is comfortable and the room very clean. Breakfast was delicious, best croissants we had but full of other options. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything. I booked the hotel for a week as our group of 18 were in Italy to undertake a battlefield tour. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for us, even arranging for locations to be open for us to visit, when they would generally be closed. The staff were polite, friendly, helpful and just lovely people; and a big shout to Mimo, Serena, Anna, Naomi and others whose names escape me at present! The rooms were clean, well appointed and very, very comfortable with stunning views of the mountains. The restaurant staff were brilliant and the food was exceptionally good. Although the pool was closed for maintenance, the staff worked hard to get it ready for us to use.
