Location is excellent, close to bus terminal and train station, shops (bookshops!) and food places. Staff gave good recommendations for where to eat. Room had everything I needed. Lift for baggage.

Everything in this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent—easily accessible and just steps away from the long promenade and beautiful beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Overall, it was a perfect combination of warm hospitality, convenience, and comfort. Simply excellent. We got upgraded an bigger rooms for free. Very good location, close to see. Services in the hotel on the high level. Very nice and green surrounding area with the nice pool. Breakfast, in variety and quality, perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice terrace on the roof, for late glass of wine or cocktail in the evening.

The service, design and the art and the cosy feeling it gave! The staff especially Francesca and Guiseppe were absolutely wonderful! Always went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable! Would come back!

Lovely location in Pietrasanta. The owner was very kind and welcoming. Lovely room with a comfy bed. Rich and varied breakfast.

While we didn't pick the hotel for a particular reason (apart from location) we have been positively surprised by it. Room are 'business standard' (simple furniture, but clean and quite new) but the peak of the hotel is on the staff and the additional services. At check-in staff was kind enough to upgrade us to larger room given we had our little son; then, we had seamless rental service (at low price) for the bikes - which we used all the time to go around; all staff members were extremely polite and friendly to accommodate our requests; last, the dining service was very much above expectations: good rotation of dishes every day, all good flavors and 'light' (from pasta, to meat, to fish) and our 3 years old kid loved every dish prepared for him by the Chef (thank you Chef!). All in all, a very nice 4-day stay

Wonderful hotel, very attentive and friendly staff. Comfortable room with airconditioning and a balcony, great shower. Parking on site. Cold but glorious pool. We enjoyed the food very much. We were able to bring our small dog. Laundry service was quick and very good. My family and I loved our stay here and hope to be back.
