Raja at the front desk not only efficiently handled the check-in process but also took the time to explain all the amenities and services available at the hotel. The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable were truly commendable. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations on places to visit in the city. Their passion for their work and genuine interest in guest satisfaction made a significant difference in my experience. Hosaifa, on the other hand, was always attentive. His friendly attitude and professionalism were exceptional. He was constantly attentive to my needs and asking if I needed anything. However, I cannot fail to mention the rest of the hotel staff, who also played a crucial role in making my stay an unforgettable experience. From the friendly bellboys who were always ready to assist with luggage to the housekeeping staff who kept my room impeccably clean, every team member displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and courtesy. In addition to the outstanding service, the hotel facilities were simply stunning. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire.
