Amazing hotel, comfortable. The room had a washer dryer which helped a lot! The location was pretty convenient to go anywhere by subway and train, but also to walk to Dotombori if you feel like. I really loved the sauna as well. The breakfast was complete and delicious!

Everithing was wonderfull!! Our room is the correr and we loved! Staff is very very kind, we have some problems to send our luggage because the destiny hotel but they help us with everything. Domo arigato gozaimassu! The room is very very clean. We loved it.

It is convenient, the exit 33 leads you to metro stations nearby, it is so important especially in winter days. the city view is fantastic, you can even walk to Dontoburi in 12 mins if you like. The reception is very friendly and helpful, they help us heat up food from supermarket due to our late night flight.

Perfect location within walking distance to everything. A good base to explore Osaka and the region. Large and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet is okay although I would have appreciated a greater selection of both Western and Japanese food.

The speacious room , very fancy hotel , i feel amazing that iam gona come back from all walking around the city to this hotel . Yes pricey but deserve it . Ohhh the bath and jet shower 🫠

It is basically perfect all of it. Specially being able to use the baths so late at night after a long day. Oh and the pijamas… i wish I coukd have one of them although it was too expensive to buy 😂
