Beautiful seaside garden and villas, beach access. Local chef and food was 🆗, although grilled fish was bit overcooked. Service was kind and location is calm for relaxing vacation.

My stay at Villa Atulya was incredible. The pool and garden area were serene, and the facilities were top-notch. Parking was convenient, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location, right on the beach, offered stunning views and exceptional value for money. Hotel was great value for money, big bedroom and outdoor bathroom and a large private garden. Loved the swimming pool which was clean and great for lengths. Staff all really nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Location of hotel lovely in a big garden across a small road from the sea where you can swim with turtles.

I couldn’t recommend this lovely hotel more: the facilities, the private beach, the delicious food and the welcoming staff made our stay a fantastic one. It is also far from all the business of Unawatuna so you can enjoy some silence; however, if you do want a chance of scenery and want to experience the crowds, it is like a 20 min walk or a 5 min tuk tuk ride.

Ridee Villa is perfectly located , so close to restaurants the beach ,shops etc The hotel staff are invaluable they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience.. the security guard is also super helpful .. breakfast is nice and simple .. eggs any style and fresh bread and fruits as well as a mixture of other things .. our room was superb too !
