It was the best welcome ever… … a fantastic luxury boutique ambiance and exceptional staff. The crackling fireplace greeted us upon arrival, filling the space with a warm, homey feel. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday, surprising me with an envelope slipped under the door in the morning. It's the small gestures that truly matter, and their attention to detail and commitment to customer service set them apart as the best. The location was quiet but also very close to walk into the main part of the city. the beds were comfy and the rooftop terrace was a great place to hang out. Islam the host was super helpful and was always around for any questions

The staff was outstanding! Nora is a very competent lady and organised a Hamam bath for us when we arrived (the lady that conducted the bath was excellent). Next day Nora had found a guide for us (Adjit). He showed us the Kasbah and the Old Town with its markets.

Everything was amazing! The staff are courteous and friendly! Big shout out to Akram, Nada & Oussama at the reception, always ready to help even when they're busy! A big thank you goes to the concierge team, very friendly and helpful. And to the guest services team for decorating our room beautifully! It is a 300-year-pkd riad, but updated with the upmost care, maintaining its character and charm. The owners and staff were kind and attentive to all of our needs. Our stay was absolutely perfect.

This Riad is amazing. It was clean, the location was perfect, the breakfast on the terrace was very good and the owners were very nice and helpful. They helped us with the transportation from the airport and even if you cannot get by car inside the medina, the driver will walk with you until the riad. It was a very good experience.
