The friendly family atmosphere of everyone that worked there. They did their absolute best to please all guests. You wouldn’t get that attention in a huge multi building hotel. We met the owners of the property and they treated us to a delicious traditional Macedonian meal. Nothing was too much trouble for them with their busy lives. Sooo welcoming and genuinely beautiful people. We stayed there 2 weeks and I’ve missed them all very much since and a smile always comes when I recall our time there. The room was very comfortable and also had a high ceiling, and tall windows and door that suggested old-fashioned charm. The host couple were very pleasant and helpful. The location is a few minutes' walk from the main pedestrian street with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops, and it's close enough to most of Bitola's interesting sites. (I was able to walk everywhere from the hotel.) A very good place all around.

Clean and in a great spot, quiet and within walking distance to the centre. The staff were super nice and this was the second time we’ve stayed there. Would recommend it highly.
