Only 2-3 mins walk away from the ferry, nicely clean room, great staff who explained everything clearly and gave us beach towels everyday. We walked to Green Demon, a beach club in the north of the island, everyday which was a nice 15 minute walk from the hotel.

The location is nice. Rooms and pool are also nice. Staff is very friendly in the lobby and pool. A nice beach front was a big plus. The stay was for a wedding and our first anniversary. The hotel staff were wonderful. Thank you to the house keeping crew for the anniversary Champaign and the swan, my wife was in awe. More than the resort in Cancun we stayed for our actual wedding! Our great pool bar bartenders/pool staff, Alex, Santiago, santino, and Eduardo keeping us having a good time. The check in service at the front desk. And Alexi! The super woman. Thank you for getting us the dinner on the beach, and helping with all the great tips and things to do. She really goes above and beyond and is something special!

Everything was superb. The greatest value of the hotel is the excellent stuff. Our special big thanks to: José - waiter who was always smiling, shining and joking, Bernardo - who did the best martini's and was always kind, Rodolfo - restaurant manager with a highest level of profesionality and perfect service, Dorcas - young smiling lady who welcomed us at the breakfast, Ana - concierge always ready to help, Miquel - perfect waiter, always nice and profesional, Marco and Ricky - a fantastic team who entertained us every day. The hotel is amazing as the staff, the food is really good . I highly recommend this hotel. The bonus is the club kids, my son loved everything there. I also did 2 excursosions ( Chichen itza and Isla Mujeres, and both were perfect, the staff super friendly, all the time asking if we want something to drink, the excursion for chichen itza I loved it, they guys guides have a lot of knowledge.
