I wish there was an 11/10 rating. This hotel for the price we paid was above and beyond all expectations. Comfortable, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, and best buffet breakfast this side I've had in decades

We hade such a lovely stay in Tromsø and Smarthotel definitely participated to make it so comfortable during our whole trip.
