Amazing hôtel with an amazing view on the lake. Very peaceful and great room. The pool was also very nice and the restaurant was yummy as well.

Everything was perfect - I needed a comfortable place to rest and relax after a few days of discovering the Fiordland tramping tracks and before flying back home. The staff was lovely, room had everything I needed, bed was super comfy and the little balcony great for some fresh air. Close to the airport and great for scenic walks along the lake front. Breakfast Buffett had all the hot and continental staples and tasted great.

The view and very spacious appartments, washing machine saved us (we were on holiday for 1.5 weeks and some clean clothes were due!) I highly appreciated the profesionalism and customer care of the Hotel Manager, who stepped in, in regard to a misunderstanding with the room assignment, and he made sure we are comfortable with our stay.

The staff Tam and Jet were so helpful and welcoming. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the evening meals were awesome. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were lovely on a rainy day. All round, it exceeded our expectations, and we will be back.
