Very clean and comfortable! Big and nice room. Polite and helpful personal. Not expensive for such service. Looks definitely higher than just three stars hotel.

The staff was very amiable. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

It was a traditionally styled Polish hotel, a little worn but in a very sweet way, I thought it had lots of character, the room was fine, the bathroom was good and had a great shower. But gathered out got never the staff, they were so friendly, they even tried to scare a traffic warden away from my care as I left it without a tick, the reception staff were excellent and the young lady who served breakfast were so polite, they deserve a special mention, I’m never glowing about hotels, but this was great value for money, the staff made it a lovely stay.

Excellent. Only issue was if it can be labelled accordingly in English for foreign travellers.

The room was large and extremely clean. The heating in the room was excellent. The bathroom is large and warm. Internet connection is excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. Reception staff extremely professional.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated, near the city centrum. Clean, warm and cozy. I had a last minute change in my flight and they let me extend my stay.
