A wonderful stay! We wanted something that worked for us with small kids but that wasn't completely kid-focused and this was perfect. There are enough play areas (outside and inside) but the facilities are all adult focused (spa, pool, games). Everything is clean, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful - particularly Anna the receptionist who went above and beyond for us. The location is also great for nearby hikes, thermal baths and beautiful mountain views.

I incredibly liked the room because they were spaceous and comfortable. The only cons are that we did not know what will be exacly the breakfest on the next day and did not have wine opener but the apartmant is really worth the money.

Special touch from the owner Maggie. She made us feel like we are her family. She is every day greeting her Guests with a smile on the face. Hotel is amazing. Location is perfect as you can feel the spirit of Zakopane. Room was very clean and excactly as described on the website. Breakfast was amazing. Every day Chef was making something new and it was every time delicious. We will definitely come back next year.

Place was pleasant to stay in, location to the ski slope was fantastic only a 7 min walk staff were super friendly and excellent and kept in contact to make sure we was happy and comfortable.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early, which was a huge help for me, I appreciate it. <3 The room is excellent as promised: lovely mountain view; 2 windows, therefore sunny; nice design; cleanliness; bed very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and a large selection (yummy Polish cheese); a nice smiley lady freshly brews the coffee. It was a great help that they kept my luggage for a couple of hours. <3 The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the centre, but everything is nearby: grocery shop, authentic Polish restaurant (Karczma Zornica), café, pharmacy. Thank you for your hospitality, I will book with you on my next visit to Zakopane. :)
