The stuff is awesome, very friendly atmosphere. They ready to help and make their best to make your stay comfortable. Sauna was a pleasant bonus, I highly recommend it, especially after a long walk. The location is great. Zakopane is not so comfortable and cheap with taxi as I got used to, but the centre is in a walking distance, so I didn't need taxi at all. The room was spacious and cozy and nice mountain view. It was more comfortable than I expected tbh. A desk was good for sitting with a laptop too.

Cosy place in a perfect location, stunning views, great breakfast. Close to ski lift and Zakopane city centre is walking distance. The hosts are lovely and go above and beyond for their guests, their restaurant has the most delicious pizza around.

It is very cosy, clean and near the ski slope. The kitchen is equipped with all you need, in the bath room you have hairdryer and the rooms are exactly what you need. The breakfast is very good and worth the money. In front of the cottage you have private parking which is a real advantage because in Zakopane all parking spots must be paid.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early, which was a huge help for me, I appreciate it. <3 The room is excellent as promised: lovely mountain view; 2 windows, therefore sunny; nice design; cleanliness; bed very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and a large selection (yummy Polish cheese); a nice smiley lady freshly brews the coffee. It was a great help that they kept my luggage for a couple of hours. <3 The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the centre, but everything is nearby: grocery shop, authentic Polish restaurant (Karczma Zornica), café, pharmacy. Thank you for your hospitality, I will book with you on my next visit to Zakopane. :)

The room was incredibly clean! The shower was lovely to use, the bed was comfortable, the hotel is so close to everything and is perfect location, we had breakfast included, and it was so so lovely! You had the option of ordering other things, too, but we were happy with what we had! The staff were very friendly and very professional! There was someone on the front desk at all times, we had to check out very late/early morning and there was someone at the desk and there was no hasselt. The rooms were lovely and warm at all times, but wasn't uncomfortably warm, so being out in the snow/hikeing and coming back to a warm room was fab, you were also able to reajust the heating/ cold air. brilliant service when I come back I will 100% staying again!

An excellent hotel for both couples and families. There is private parking. Breakfasts with a rich menu and very tasty food. There is also a bar with a rich menu and alcoholic beverages. There is a pool and a spa with a jacuzzi and a sauna with massage services. The staff at the hotel is very kind. The room cleaning service is carried out very thoroughly and professionally. The dining room staff deserves praise for their kindness and high level of service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a vacation in an amazing place with nature all around!
