Lovely small hotel Very convenient for bus/rail services, cathedral, shops and sight seeing - also on the Camino - we stayed for 4 nights over Easter for Camino and bad weather respite. Staff all very nice, professional and friendly/helpful - a special thanks to dining room staff who were extremely thoughtful and friendly - gave us bread rolls and fruit for our walk when we left - we were very grateful for this as there were no cafes for 18kms. The cleaning staff were also very nice and accommodating An indication of good management is how happy the staff are - everybody we met was so cheerful and obviously happy at work

Large modern hotel with staff who were very welcoming. Breakfast was extensive and catered well for food intolerances including options for GF.

The hotel was 500 year's old building with modern comforts. The stuff was very friendly and breakfast excellent. If I will be again in Viana do Castelo will stay again.

Very clean modern room. Quiet. Walkable to everything. Nice patio. Right on the ocean. Ocean view rooms were all booked when I made my reservation. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

Great breakfast! They've asked us about our preferences and we were able to select what we would like to have for breakfast, avoiding food waste and meeting our requests, for example, lactose free milk and gluten free bread. The room was clean and comfy, the staff is really nice and polite. Excellent experience!
