I got an upgrade to a very nice room on the 12th floor. Breakfast was on the same level which made it very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel, in between the city center of Khobar and the Dhahran Expo center, is very good for traveling to both places. Free parking space just in front of the hotel.

The sea view from the room window was superb although the glass covering the window was very dirty from outside. The hotel is two minutes' walk from the corniche and 10 minutes' walk from the food street called Ajdan. The restaurants at this food street are a little expensive but have excellent sitting areas just next to and overlooking the sea. There is an Indian restaurant by the name of Chandani here too. You can get an Uber to anywhere and the service is good. All facilities like swimming pool GYm etc are available. The settee recliner though small but was a good addition to the furniture. Washroom was larger than many hotels and it had both the Shower and the TUB. Which is rare. The shower area was a close cabinet.
