My stay at Raffles Palace Macca was truly unforgettable. It was my first time doing Umrah, and the way I was treated made me feel so special—like I was out of this world. I didn’t want to leave. Special thanks to Mr Yaseen Ali, Saqib,Nasir and of course the Butler Manager; Wasim, Rania and Tasnim… for their outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and meaningful. I will always remember this experience and pray I get to return soon, InshaAllah.

The hotel is amazing, the location is exceptional since you are directly connected to al Haram. The staff were very helpful, friendly and pleasant, I really thank all of the reception staff, and a special thank to Mr. Abdulah Alzahrani for his help and support. The housekeeping and maintenance were amazing, especially Mr. Sadeq. I had the best experience someone can get in Makkah, thanks to all staff in this hotel.
