Regarding the WIFI questions I just answered "not available" due to the fact that I didn't use WIFI at all and thus no experience. I used my mobile phone data package I ordered from my telecom operator. I liked the everything and the customer service was good with friendly staff with a special mentioning of the young bartender guy at the rooftop bar.

Everything. The location is near to the historical and commercial center of the city and Zafer Plaza Mall,. The architecture is old, but the building is very well maintained. The rooms are large, clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you could need, the interior design it's romantic, the view is fabulous. Rich breakfast. 100 point for the hotel and restaurant staff.

A very good welcoming experience, starting from the valet outside up to the room service. There was a complimentary fruit platter with a nice welcoming note with my name on it in my native language. This made my day. The whole reception stuff was very helpful specially the public relations manager," Mrs. Ilham", she was eager to help us and respond to our requests. Very good open buffet for breakfast. They didn't forget any thing to wish for breakfast I like the bakery section.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was beyond expectations – from the clean, spacious, and welcoming rooms to the extremely kind staff, always attentive to every detail. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The location is excellent, close to all points of interest, yet quiet and relaxing at the same time. Beautiful pool area and spa. The Turkish Thermal bath is amazing. The staff were super helpful also, I tried ordering food off a local delivery app and they were very quick to assist me as I did not have a Turkish number to verify my account. Room and bed was spacious and comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
