I loved every moment of our stay at Kremlin palace. The staff. The pools. The beach. The variety of food and drinks. The entertainment and the entertainment crew are all awesome. Guest services checked in on us daily to ensure we were having a great time and had what we needed. Ours even pre booked us into a restaurant which was lucky as we didn’t know they were booked by guests in advance.

The hotel is beautiful, very nice interior, large green area, many swimming pools, lots of spaces. The waiters spoke mainly in Russian, with little knowledge of English. It's hard to talk. The food is really good and varied. In the restaurant, the outdoor doors were open everywhere and while eating there was a draft and it was so cold that I had to get sick. I didn't like that there were many cats in the hotel hall next to the restaurant. and everything is fine. I will recommend to friends.

PLEASE READ THE BOX BELOW AS WELL. Without exaggeration, this hotel exceeded our expectations by far. I have been travelling for over 40 years and Ramada Plaza was almost on the top. It was meticulously clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The included buffet breakfast with thousands of choices to pick was out of this world.
