This was the best hotel we stayed in our 10 days in California. The most confortable bed and linen I ever slept in. Worst every penny: magical garden, great views, great staff. I highly recommend this hotel. Location can’t be beat, within walking distance to Monterey wharf, waterfront and downtown. My deluxe fireplace room was spacious, clean and the staff was extemely accomodating. Breakfast was better than expected. Will come back again!

Beautiful hotel. Awesome location with great views. Hotel staff was amazing and super helpful, especially Jenny in Housekeeping. When I lost my ID, and called when already out of the area, Jenny was on it and got back to me immediately. My ID was found and returned within a couple days.
