While I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, a frustrating situation arose concerning transportation to the airport. I had pre-arranged an Uber for the day prior to my check-out. Upon speaking with the receptionist, I was informed of a complimentary shuttle service, leading me to cancel the Uber and incur a $50 cancellation fee. However, when I was ready to depart with my luggage, the shuttle driver informed me that the service does not extend to the international airport, which was quite confusing and frustrating.

The location of the hotel is superb. It was just 20 minutes to Port Everglades cruise terminal and that made so convenient to us as our pre cruise hotel. The view of the ocean from our room was heavenly.

The Aqua Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The property was clean, stylish, and had a cozy boutique feel.
