the full experience was good. the spa was amazing..the shower is very nice and hot, hotel very clean, the bed was absolutely comfortable. and they have a shuttle bus to drive you to and from airport and drop you of to the centre. wish I took pictures of the room, it was absolutely amazing with a stunning view of the pool. the cleaners are very good, my room was very clean everyday.

This is one of the most underrated stays in Johannesburg. Saying the facilities are beautiful is an understatement. The staff are friendly and kind. I wish I stayed longer, I would come back just for an extended stay here.

This hotel is outstanding. After visits to the USA, Panama or Europe, this can clearly be described as follows: Rating 10 out of 10 possible points. The entire staff is empathetic, honest, exemplary in their dealings, attentive and helpful beyond measure. Such a service to people (and to hotel guests) was previously unknown to me and this gave me (positively!) a lot to think about. The hotel management is to be congratulated on this staff, because the staff is the heart of a hotel. A special thanks to the general manager Mr. Tim for the pleasant exchange in the lobby.
