We were warmly welcomed. We were offered help at any time. The breakfast was very tasty and cooked especially for us. Lynn and the rest of the staff were accommodating and always in a good mood. The accommodation is located in a quiet area and in the evening you can sit relaxed on the terrace. The accommodation is definitely recommended!

Excellent location, a short distance from the road, but at the same time quiet. The hotel is well-designed. Individual rooms have separate accesses from both sides - from the terrace and from the pool. High quality of services and cleanliness in the rooms. Katharina is an admirable woman, very hospitable. She booked us a restaurant in Pringle bay for dinner, which was another great experience. We travelled as a group of 11 friends for 2 weeks on bikes around the Cape Western and this was the place with the best service.

Location is perfect. It is near to restaurants, cafes in very peaceful surrounding. Room size is large and even never felt crowded for 3 ppl. Good breakfast spred with Yogurt, bakery items, tea/coffee, omlets/SW etc. We enjoyed our stay there for 3 days. Would definitely want to visit again.

We really enjoyed our time at the Summerwood Guest House. We have been at many Guest Houses and AirBnB at our time in SA, but this was definately the best. It felt like coming home with modern, comfortable and super clean rooms, cosy lobby, great breakfast and a relaxing garden and pool area. Fiona is an absolute Angel, making us feel so welcomed as friends and took great care of all questions and requests. Can definately recommend as 10/10 stay!

Rooms were entirely comfortable (loved the bathroom floor heating) with beautiful big beds and plenty of space. the gas fire gave great ambience and pumped out the heat! The staff were definitely the highlight for us - whether at breakfast, in the bar or restaurant for dinner, they were attentive, friendly and made our experience impeccable. The property itself is stunning. Our only disappointment is that we needed more time to explore it! The picknickery is definitely worth a visit, even if its to take some goods away for the drive home.

The environment is beautiful, calm, and quiet. The room and bathroom are extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious. The staff is excellent. We arrived at night, when the front desk was closed, but we had been informed that we would be welcomed by the security guard, and everything went perfectly!
