Richard and Donovan were great, the views from the lounge/patio are exceptional and the location to the beach is outstanding. I will definitely come back for another visit. Freshly baked scones and cakes is a lovely touch that makes it feel homely and the ladies working the breakfast shift are all lovely and helpful and ready to assist in any way they can. The buffet spread was very fresh with a good selection.

Trogon House and its entire staff is just Wonderfull. A special thanks to Carol, she was super supportive finding suppliers and helping hands for a small wedding we held on Natures Valley's Beach. Food was superb. The location of Trogon House is ideal to explore Plettenberg and surroundings but back in the hotel you think you're somewhere far away in a tropical jungle - wonderful

The Whale of a View is a lovely, sweet guesthouse with views to the sea. It's set in a peaceful and pretty garden with a small swimming pool. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite, which had picture windows and it's own balcony. Inga, the hostess was very friendly and helpful and suggested many good excursions and local restaurants. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room (and BBQ) for the use of guests, if required.
