They have been remarkable in the setting up of our stay at the hotel. Our cleaner Zamo was amazing and she was so good in everything. The extra mile the hotel went to accommodate us with the delicious dinners, relaxing Spa treatments, amazing breakfast has captured our hearts and that we will definitely return. Everyone in the hotel were helpful, kind, friendly and very patient. Will definitely be back. My husband has fallen Inlove with room 218 and on our next visit I'm gona book the same room over again. We had two fabulous nights in a beautiful spa suite in this superb hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - Moses being particularly attentive and helpful, and we loved the food: the excellent buffet breakfast including fresh oysters and dinner with a great menu served in a cosy restaurant with the talented in-house pianist adding to the ambience.
