The swimming pool on the 6-th floor is fantastic - never experienced something like that; huge garden all around it, and remember, you're on the 6th floor, only in Dubai! Problem resolution is at the highest level in this hotel - you have a problem with your card accessing the business lounge? They don't send you all the way back to the reception; instead, they see you struggling and then open the door for you from inside, invite you in, offer you drinks and food, grab your cards, add the access to the lounge facility, bring back the cards to you, apologize in a very polite manner and all this with a big smile - pretty utopic, right (my daughter called the hotel a "Barbie Land")?

Harbours is a sports bar and lounge that serves signature dishes and a selection bottled hops. For a nightlife, there is; positioned around an infinity pool, the ‘chill out’ lounge offers innovative al fresco dining inspired by cuisines from the Mediterranean to the Far East. Everything was perfect 👍 But especially people on the reception, very nice and polite.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. there was enough towels.
