They cannot do enough for you.Amazing views from the terrace anytime you are there. I wandered up first thing in the morning and had a delightful view as the sun moved across the valley. Building full of character and curios. Climb up not so bad if you take the steps rather than the long slow road. Worth every step to have the views we had from our room and the terrace. Only stayed one night but loved every minute. Highly recommend.

Was für ein schönes Hotel in einem traditionellen Haus! Super Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt, Zimmer nicht sehr gross aber schön eingerichtet, alles liebevoll gepflegt. Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum mit Aussicht, nettes Personal. Das Auto wird geparkt und bei Bedarf geholt. Frühstück gut, man kann auch noch Rührerei bestellen. Einziges kleines Manko: der Kaffee ist nicht so gut.

You couldn’t ask for a more wonderful guest house while visiting the quaint town of Berat. Nestled into the mountainside of the old town, this rebuilt historic home is everything you need to experience the wonder of this UNESCO World Heritage town. Built with stone from the local mountain and solid wood everything about this guest house has been considered. Well appointed rooms with lovely clean bathrooms and great water pressure. The property is filled with beautiful flowers, gardens and trees. You really do feel tucked away. Our host Aleksander is so kind, welcoming and generous. He helped us with taxi’s, wines on the upstairs terrace, an extra pancake for our daughter to take on our walk to the castle and restaurant recommendations. We cannot recommend this guest house enough! Enjoy it and the wonderful hospitality!

Included breakfast had a variety of options, including fresh fruit. I enjoyed the location beyond where it was situated. There is a well-used green space across from the property which allowed for a quiet murmur of birds. Very relaxing during the day, none at night. Good wifi!
