The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, in the center!
Also it has a very good restaurant and very nice spa!
The room that i stayed was large with balcony and very clean! The bathroom was also large! The tv in the room was smart tv so I connected with my Netflix account and that was great!
The staff were very polite, friendly and always helpful!

Nice hotel in the city centre. the location is quiet and calm, but somehow hard to reach by car. However staff helped us to reach the parking (free hotel parking). breakfast was vey good, hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was stunning! It was pricier than what we would usually get, and it was a treat for us, but so worth it! Felt like royalty. They have tortoises by the pool! So many of them, we had breakfast with them and the staff were very helpful, friendly and kind. The room is gorgeous, glam and the rustic feel of the place is absolutely 5 stars.

- Room is modern, classy and stylish. The hotel has beautiful decor.
- Great breakfast buffet, with so many options
- Location is great if looking to stay in the heart of trendy Blloku, bus stop is 2 mins walk away if arriving from Tirana bus terminal.
- Staff helped with booking a taxi. However would recommend prebooking with hotel directly and paying them before checking out rather than paying the taxi to avoid being overcharged.
- Spa facilities were great and the massages were brilliant.
