The hotel is very nice, with greenery and a pool in the centre of the hotel.
I have to particularly emphasise the kindness of the owner (or head of staff ? whatever...) that very kindly took time and helped us to organise our travel on the morning after, and even prepared us breakfast before the opening hour.

This hotel was stunning! It was pricier than what we would usually get, and it was a treat for us, but so worth it! Felt like royalty. They have tortoises by the pool! So many of them, we had breakfast with them and the staff were very helpful, friendly and kind. The room is gorgeous, glam and the rustic feel of the place is absolutely 5 stars.

- Room is modern, classy and stylish. The hotel has beautiful decor.
- Great breakfast buffet, with so many options
- Location is great if looking to stay in the heart of trendy Blloku, bus stop is 2 mins walk away if arriving from Tirana bus terminal.
- Staff helped with booking a taxi. However would recommend prebooking with hotel directly and paying them before checking out rather than paying the taxi to avoid being overcharged.
- Spa facilities were great and the massages were brilliant.
