Das Himberg is located south of Vienna, 6 km from exit 7 of the S1 motorway. It is easily reachable from Vienna Airport and from the A2 and A4 motorways. Free private parking is available, and the centre of Vienna is reachable by public transport in 30 minutes. We came for a tennis tournament. The hotel was 10min drive from the tournament and within walking distance to the towns restaurants. Breakfast was really good. The rooms are lovely and a nice size. The staff at reception were really friendly and so were the staff at breakfast as well as the people cleaning the rooms.

Surrounded by vineyards, this 4-star hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Göttweig Abbey and 10 minutes from the centre of Krems. The spacious, individually furnished rooms all have air conditioning and overlook the abbey and the surrounding vineyards. Great hotel room with a beautiful view. The hospitality was the best part of our stay and we could not ask for anything better. The property is kept in the best condition possible, especially the gardens and pool area.

It was nicely served and the portion is more than enough 😁 We really enjoyed staying there, and definitely would go back again! ☺️

They were incredibly helpful, not only with organizing my transportation but also with recommending local restaurants and activities. Their personal attention made me feel like a very special guest throughout my entire stay. On my arrival, I was welcomed with exceptional hospitality and welcome drink. The first day was quite windy, and without me even asking, the hotel upgraded my room to ensure I was more comfortable. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for what would become a stay where I was treated not just as a guest, but as part of the hotel’s family. The staff, in general, are incredibly warm and attentive – they truly go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Ideally situated in the heart of the city of Krems, at the entrance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wachau, the family-run Hotel Unter den Linden is just a few minutes’ walk away from many of the local attractions. Rooms are lovely and the staff were excellent. Lovely breakfast in the morning

Family-owned for generations, the hotel combines authentic Austrian hospitality with a unique boutique atmosphere. The hotel’s location was fantastic, right in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring. Parking was free, which was a nice bonus. The check-in process was smooth, and we received our room key earlier than the official check-in time, which was great. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of variety to choose from. There was a minor issue with the coffee machine not working, but the staff addressed it immediately, which I appreciated.
