The location is more than perfect, the atmosphere is so friendly that I felt this like my home for the 3 days that we spent. Florian is doing a great job maintaining the place. It is clean and comfortable. He is even constantly renovating the place and this is why it is perfect. The breakfast is one of the best we've had. Excellent quality of the products, rich choice and beautiful presentation. It was just delicious. I am planning to come back there in future to spend more time. Great thanks to Florian for the present he gave us for our wedding ceremony. 🙂 People, just go there - before the season, after the season, during the season, you will be happy for your choice!

The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The host is very welcoming and gave us great suggestions for activities. We really liked the atmosphere at the hotel too — it felt very homely and personal, unlike big chain hotels. We also really enjoyed the private lakeside garden, which was a perfect spot for sunbathing and taking a refreshing dip in the lake.

Das Ganze zieht sich dann auch bei der Restaurant- und Weinkarte durch, und auch das "6-Gänge-Frühstück" passt perfekt in die Reihe. Wir kommen wieder!

The place was very clean and comfortable, perfectly family-friendly and had great amenities. We especially enjoyed the beautiful playground, which came with a postcard-worthy view. Truly a memorable experience—we’d love to come back again.

Die Pension Bergfried in Hallstatt liegt 150 m vom Ufer des Hallstätter Sees entfernt. Alle Zimmer sind funktional möbliert, und einige bieten einen Balkon. I like the peacefulness. The location is a bit far from Markt, but it is close to the bus stop. The view was super! We booked the smallest room, and we got the one with a balcony, which is helpful for us as we were traveling with a child. I totally recommend this place.

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. The location is the center of the city. Our room has view on the city square, church, mountain and the lake !! Also the host was very helpful and caring when my wife was feeling cold she provided extra heater to our room to make it extra warmer. It was a nice gesture, thank you !

Das Strandhotel Margaretha liegt 5 Gehminuten von Sankt Wolfgang entfernt und bietet einen eigenen Strand am Ufer des Wolfgangsees, eine Seeterrasse, eine Bar, eine Sauna sowie einen Ruheraum. The views from our balcony right onto the lake. The staff was fantastic. And the location not in the middle of town so it was quieter but you could still walk there in about 5 minutes.
