Located on the Great Ocean Road, Apollo Bay Waterfront Motor Inn is a 15-minute drive from Great Otway National Park. The famous Twelve Apostles are a 1-hour drive away. Local shops, cafes and restaurants and the visitor information centre are within walking distance. We were impressed by the quality of linen and towels. The couple running the motel were super kind and helpful. Location is perfect. Right across from the park/ beach and close to restaurants but still quiet. Don’t miss the sunsets!

You will find local shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. The service was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Plus, the location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything nearby. Highly recommended!

Each of the heated/air-conditioned apartments offers a table, a sofa, flat-screen TV and an Bose Bluetooth speaker. All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Cosey, homely and welcoming with a quirky cottage like feel. Lovely breakfast of homemade frittata, preserves and bread, delicious stewed fruits, and yogurt. Don't miss a meal in the restaurant; it was absolutely wonderful with good honest seasonal ingredients. So difficult to choose what not to have. Area beautiful. Put Merrijig Inn/restaraunt on the top of your list. You must come here.
