Breakfast was personally served by David, who was the chef and housekeeper, keeping the whole guesthouse (a heritage building) clean! Tim, the owner was just as welcoming, showing us the property and gardens. If you like a clean, quiet, and homely place, look no further. Even the garden grounds are very tastefully done up. There's also a cottage for families and the king bedroom, which are very tastefully decorated by Lucy, Tim's wife, who has a keen eye for details!

We love everything at the lodge and keep returning annually for an event. The atmosphere, the garden, beautiful maintenance. The handheld shower addition in the Japanese room is very welcome too :)

Briars Country Lodge is located in Bowral, 6 minutes' drive from The International Cricket Hall of Fame and Bradman Oval. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with over 100 free cable channels. Adorable setting, nice rooms, great food, friendly staff.

Situé dans le centre de Bowral, l'Imperial Motel possède 2 bars et 2 restaurants sur place. Toutes les chambres disposent d'un coin salon avec une télévision. I had a corner room and found it quiet and private. Due to not being used the previous night I was able to have early access. The Room was clean and tidy.

Berida Hotel is set amongst established gardens just moments from the main street of Bowral. I loved the style of this hotel with it's dark colours and quirky features. The bed was huge and the bathroom was gorgeous. The staff were superb and the breakfast was amazing. We didn't have dinner in the Bistro but it looked beautiful. The gardens looked like the kind of place you would want to sit and have a glass of wine or one of the 100 types of gin on sale at the bar. This is the best hotel we have found in Australia and we're sorry we could only spend one night here.

Wow, what a surprise. Beautiful old hotel packed with charm. Nice room (we had ensuite) and epic cooked breakfast next morning. Lovely lounge area to have a drink and chat with other guests. Staff were excellent.
