The location was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and respectful. They gave us personal attention with tips about the city on a map. This kind of attention is rare nowadays. The room was very clean (for someone who is obsessed with cleanliness like me). The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this place. It is truly a gem.

Bart is a very friendly and helpful host. The breakfast was delicious and with products from the region, which we appreciated very much. The room was nice, quiet and very clean. If we come back to Ostende, this would be our first choice.
