Very helpful staff - they permitted a no-cost early check-in and late chrck-out, and helped with booking a tour Really nice room - quite plain but generally well designed (could have done with slightly more sockets by the bed) Reasonable choice at breakfast. Stunning hotel. Really beautiful design. I booked a room for a day so that I could recover from being ill. I was able to check in quickly and was made comfortable. The room was one of the best I’ve had. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The room was also very clean.
