A nice, cozy hotel with a very convenient location in the city centre, within a walking distance from the railway station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. I’m especially grateful to the team for quickly retrieving and sending me the items I accidentally left behind in my room. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Along the St. Lawrence River, steps from the shopping on Le Petit Champlain, this hotel in Quebec City's Old-Port area offers luxurious guestrooms and 2 on-site restaurants. The breakfast was extra special gourmet. Staff was absolutely amazing in every respect went above and beyond with service even providing a valet free of charge to take us to our cruise ship. Little touches like chocolates and treats, turn down service etc.

Duidelijk de mooiste kamer qua design van onze rondreis. De binnenhuisarchitect heeft hier een staaltje van zijn kunnen afgeleverd. Supervriendelijk personeel dat alles op de kamer kwam tonen ( stopcontacten, usb poorten, strijkijzer, haarfohn…) Zeer verzorgd koud ontbijt buffet. Hotel ligt in een voetgangersgebied op wandelafstand van Château Frontenac en andere bezienswaardigheden. Top.
