The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The staff were very kind and empathetic in the face of an unexpected and very difficult health issue for us: from the receptionists to the waiters, everyone was very attentive and supportive. We hope to return to Mürren, and if rooms are available, we will stay at Hotel Alpina again. Thank you for everything.

The view you have from the room is really beautiful, it's totally worth it, it's a little distant from Interlaken but the station is 2 minutes from the hotel and you arrive in less than nothing. Customer service is the best and they always keep your room clean. Super recommended

His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.
