Dieses historische Hotel wurde in den 1890er Jahren erbaut und war eines der ersten Hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The hotel is cozy and graceful with wonderful room view. Besides, we especially want to thank the counter staff Natalie for her kindly assistance. She helped us to solve the parking and luggage problem with enthusiasm on 29 May since our check-in date was on 30 May. She also tried to find a better room type instead of original simple attic for us. Her shining smile, consideration and excellent services are so impressive. She is worthy of fully compliments. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was included, which is a big deal in Switzerland, and it was really good. The restaurant had an exceptional view as well. The town is brilliant, basically a village, and it feels super cozy. I would recommend staying here over lauterbrunen.

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. Staff are helpful and supportive, food is good, the garden of the hotel is beautiful.

Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Personnel were extremely welcoming and professional throughout the stay. Breakfast and Dinner were much appreciated! Dinner carte aligned with fine dining! Afternoon cake is a great idea to welcome back guests after their daily outing! Superior room cleanliness perfect.

Frühstück und insbesondere die Brot-Auswahl war super, Zimmer sind modern und sehr praktikabel eingerichtet, Preis-Leistung für Abendessen ist auch super, auch dass man immer eine Karaffe Leitungswasser auf dem Tisch hat (könnte man allenfalls beim Frühstück auch anbieten), Transport zum Bahnhof war jederzeit möglich, sehr unkompliziert
