From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Hotel Schönegg is een superior 3-sterrenhotel in het centrum van het autovrije Wengen, dat alleen bereikbaar is met de trein. Amazing location, friendly staff, great breakfast, clean comfy room, good new sauna. Very memorable stay!

Het 4-sterrenhotel Victoria ligt op 100 m van het treinstation in Meiringen. Het beschikt over een groot terras in de tuin en biedt gratis toegang tot het Fitness- en Wellnesscentrum in Meiringen. Such a wonderful hotel. Gorgeous rooms, delicious food, and the owner (Simon) was so friendly and kindly helped my husband and I set up our ski touring equipment in his downstairs workshop and even gave us tips on ski touring because he is an incredible athlete! We so appreciated all the attention to detail at his fabulous hotel - highly recommend.

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. We had a wonderful stay at the Grandhotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful, in particular Sebastian at reception. We stayed in one of the rooms at the front of the hotel with a small balcony and a spectacular view of Lake Brienz and the waterfall. The room was really clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was delicious and well presented. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, with a lovely walk down to the lake, the funicular train, and several hikes around the waterfall. The outdoor pool area is also lovely, both for a swim and to sit down for a while. A wonderful, tranquil slice of heaven. Can't wait to return!
