Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel’s SPA is excellent, everything was spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The reception staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, making us feel truly valued as guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. One of the biggest advantages of Nira Alpina is its perfect ski-in/ski-out location. The hotel has direct access to the cable car, allowing guests to head straight to the slopes. There are also beginner-friendly slopes nearby, making it a great choice for all skill levels. Additionally, guests can purchase a ski pass at a discounted rate through the hotel, which is a great bonus! Another great convenience is the ski equipment shop located right next to the hotel, with direct access from the building, making it easy to rent or buy any necessary gear. Both the bakery and the restaurant at the hotel were outstanding, offering delicious food and great service. We didn’t book a transfer from St. Moritz train station as we weren’t aware that the hotel provided this service. However, on our departure, they kindly offered and arranged a complimentary transfer for us. Additionally, we were granted a complimentary late check-out, which made our departure even more comfortable. Our stay at Nira Alpina was exceptional, and we would love to return in the future!

Das Hotel Waldhaus am See liegt am Ufer des St. Moritzer Sees und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die umliegende Bergwelt des Engadin. Breakfast was good, restaurant is excellent and the wiew from it, a really nice small spa downstairs. Staff were really helpful.

Rooms are well insulated, therefore they are very quiet, impecable clean, Breakfast had a nice selection of fruits, deli products, cereals, eggs, some cakes. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, polite, and helpfull. Thanks

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut; in 10 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof direkt zum Hotel; Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus; das Hotel ist gerade frisch renoviert, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet; wir erhielten ein Upgrade und hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer (gebucht war ein Standard-Doppelzimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl; für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei; sehr freundliches Personal; würden wir sofort wieder buchen
