We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Das gemütliche, komfortabel eingerichtete Hotel Rössli liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral und bietet herrliche Aussicht auf den Berg Jungfrau. Very close to the city center. Very friendly staff. Felt very cosy and family like. Had a room with toys for toddlers which was great for my 3 year old.

Located in the heart of Interlaken, Hotel Interlaken is just a 5-minute walk from the Congress Centre and the Eastern Train Station. Breakfast was excellent. From room to location to everything was just awesome :)
