The reception staff had excellent local knowledge and were so helpful in finding things to do and how to get there. And I LOVED the complimentary coffee machine and bowl of croissants in the lobby. The co-working spaces are also excellent, very comfortable and stylish !

Absolutely fantastic hotel! I visited with my two kids, and we all had an amazing time. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, featuring a lovely playroom, a wonderful kids' swimming pool, and restaurant options tailored to young guests, such as a fun Mickey Mouse pizza and coloring activities. What stood out was how the hotel manages to be both welcoming to kids and incredibly sophisticated — it provides a calm, relaxing atmosphere for adults while keeping the little ones entertained. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of the village, making it easy to explore everything. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is refurbished, very nice and comfortable rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice staff. The hotel is very conveniently located near to the train station . It has a small gym and Suana and the rooms are spacious, Airy and also have air-conditioning in case of warm weather.

This is a very nice modern hotel with a great view. The location is a bit away from old Town but with the bus stop right in front of the hotel (and the visitor card provided by the hotel that gives you free public transport), it was a breeze to get around. There is also a grocery store, a cinema, shopping and restaurants in the same building (or attached buildings). The staff was wonderful - friendly and very helpful. This was our last accommodation in Switzerland and it felt like a treat and a sweet way to end our trip.

The Vetter Hotel is located next to the ski slopes in Arosa, and just 20 metres from the closest ski lift. It offers free WiFi and a restaurant serving Swiss and international cuisine.
