Everything was wonderful! the hosts, the staff are very friendly, considerate and always ready to help :-)) The hotel itself is very nice and cosy, and it is located in a quiet area (which is important, especially in the evening). It takes only 7-8 minutes to walk to the railway station and the lake! Breakfast is really excellent, there is a selection of different kinds of food for any taste, I think :-) The wifi is a bit slow but it's not a problem.

Completely renovated in 2013, Hotel Rio Muralto is located in front of the train station, 1-minute walk distance from all alle the public transport and the funicular to the Madonna del Sasso. The property is 650m away from Piazza Grande and 450m from Locarno harbor. Having safe secure bicycle storage was important and really appreciated this feature.

The Hotel Du Lac is located 200 metres from the train station, the funicular, the pier and the bus stop for all your excursions and is only a few steps away from Locarno's old town and the lake.

All rooms are non-smoking, air-conditioned and have been completely renovated in 2023. Most of them offer views of Lake Maggiore or the Piazza Grande. Excellent location. Fair price for the room booked. Loved our balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. Comfortable bed and adequate bathroom facilities.

Rooms at Hotel dell'Angelo all have flat-screen cable TV, radio, free WiFi and a bathroom with WC, shower and hairdryer. Clean and great staff. The location was incredible!
